Ali Erdem, Co-Founder & Managing Partner of Talentway, is a seasoned professional with comprehensive experience in Auditing, Talent Management, and Executive Search.
His journey includes impactful roles at prestigious Koç Group Companies such as Yapı Kredi Bankası, Koç Holding, and Koç University, as well as significant contributions to Getir and Fiba Group. With his diverse industry and functional experiences, he had the chance to work with C-Level Leaders in many different projects.
Before TalentWay, he held a pivotal position overseeing all Organizational Development and Talent Management activities at Fiba Group. He graduated from Boğaziçi University with a Bachelor's degree in Management & has a Master’s degree at Sabancı University IT&Data Science program.
Aslı is Co-Founder & Managing Partner of Talentway. She brings over 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition & Executive Search, having worked in both in-house recruitment and executive search consultancy.
Before TalentWay, she worked as a Talent Acquisition Executive at Getir for 2 years, where she played a significant role in considerable placements during Getir’s hyper-growth stage. Prior to her time at Getir, she worked for a boutique-Executive Search firm based in London, UK. She engaged in fields of research, business development, database management & knowledge management along with revolving around the recruitment and placement of executive managers through UK & EMEA. She graduated from Sabancı University with a degree in Economics. She has lived in the UK, Belgium & Turkey.
Sinan Reis is currently a Talent Partner at Talentway. With over 8 years of extensive experience in talent acquisition and executive search, he has successfully managed various aspects of recruitment and human resources throughout his career, working in both in-house recruiting and executive search consultancy.
Previously, Sinan worked as the Talent Acquisition Manager at adidas, where he led significant initiatives to enhance employer branding and streamline recruitment processes, including developing a comprehensive recruitment plan and executing a robust employer branding strategy that significantly improved the company’s talent attraction and retention.
He also worked as a Researcher Analyst at OneWorld Consulting and JMA, focusing on international executive search assignments.
Sinan graduated from Koç University with a degree in International Relations and a double major in Business Administration He has lived in Turkey, France, and the UK, and he is fluent in English and French.
Gizem Demirural is a Partner of Talentway, with 14 years of extensive HR and Recruitment. Her professional journey commenced at Tetas within a Turkish conglomerate, where she refined her expertise in resourcing. Her career progressed to Bialetti, an Italian enterprise, where she managed a wide range of HR processes.
Unilever marked a significant chapter in her career, as she assumed critical roles, overseeing union management, collective labor agreements, and leading talent management efforts. She adeptly handled performance management, labor agreement negotiations, and talent cultivation. Her tenure at Unilever included managing two CLAs, acting as HR Business Partner for three sectors, leading an eight-person team as Talent Acquisition Lead for UL Turkey, and facilitating a substantial NAMETRUB organizational integration. Subsequently, at Reckitt, she directed a strategic SAP project, reforming HR practices and organizational restructuring.
As a freelance HR & Talent Partner since 2022, she provides strategic guidance on Talent Acquisition & HR processes to a diverse portfolio of clients. She graduated from Dokuz Eylul University with a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations and Labor Economics
